Nestled in the peaceful Tuscan hills, about a 30-minute drive from Florence, this villa is the perfect choice for those wishing to relax in nature while still having easy access to the region’s main art cities, such as Florence, Pisa, Siena, and Lucca. Located in Quarrata, the villa provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. Spread over two floors, it features a living room with a sofa bed for two, a well-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, and six bathrooms, accommodating up to fourteen guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls with a dedicated workspace, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, and beach or pool towels. The private outdoor area offers a hot tub available for an extra fee (please notify usage 24 hours in advance), garden, barbecue, and outdoor shower. From July, an outdoor pool will also be available. There are six parking spaces on the property. Pets are not allowed; smoking and parties are not permitted. An electric vehicle charging station is available. Linen and towel changes can be arranged on request and are available for an extra fee. Recycling guidelines are provided, with further information available on site. The property uses energy-saving lighting, and part of the electricity comes from solar panels.
