"Fattoria Mantellassi" is a villa used as a holiday home surrounded by greenery, at the foot of the Montalbano hills, yet only a few minutes' walk from the centre of Quarrata. The villa was recently renovated and inaugurated according to the project of Fabrizio Mantellassi, an entrepreneur in the upholstered furniture sector from Quarrata, and his wife Margherita, who wanted to finally bring her husband's dream to life.

In the rural context of a typical Tuscan country villa, the owner wanted to differentiate herself by building a very modern environment that at the same time respects sustainability and the characteristic past of rural art, making the villa a unique project.
